The Roadside Assistance is for a period of 12 months starting from the date selected on your application. In the event of a breakdown of you vehicle, Towing/Roadside Assistance will be provided. Towing/Roadside caused by the same problem, ie. Continuous jumpstart caused by a flat battery on other component that should have been replaced or repaired to rectify the problem in the first instance. Next day callouts are at the customer's expense, once a callout has been arranged any subsequent callouts arising from the same breakdown will be provided at the member's expense.
